Job Decription
Ensuring customers are attended to and happy, working in a high stress, high energy environment.
Responsibility
- Must be availability for the weekends
- Takes orders and serves meal and drinks to guests according to well established rules of etiquette and performs various incidental duties and provide satisfactory service
- Maintains cleanliness and order in serving areas
- Verify indentification and age requirements of customers
- Process payments from customers
- Clean glasses and bar utensils
- Make suggestions based on customer tastes and perferences
- Record and balance cash receipts
- Open and maintain tabs throughout your shift
- Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Understanding of unique and complementary flavor pairings
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
requirement
- ABO certification for Shreveport (*If expired we are willing to work with you to re-certify)
- Must have an ABO Card and responsible vendor certification
